The Tijuca Atlantic Forest is a National Park covering some 33 Km² (3300ha) being the largest urban forest in the world situated 15 mins from the center of the city. It is the home of hundreds of species of plants and wildlife, many threatened by extinction found only in the Atlantic Rainforest. During the tour, guests can casually observe tropical animals like monkeys, sloths, butterfly and exotic birds. This tour is operated in open-top jeeps and duration is about 4hs with a stop at the Chinese View, Cascatinha Waterfall and Pepino Beach – Sao Conrado.
