- What's happening in August
I am just writing
to bring you news about Peru and Peruvian Secrets. This year has
seen an increase in the number of people wishing to visit Peru
as its popularity as a long haul destination grows. Here at Peruvian
Secrets we are finding more and more of our clients are returning
to discover the places they missed the first time they visited.
As a specialist company we encourage promoting areas that are
lesser know by tourist but hold some of Peru’s best kept
secrets. Northern Peru offers a very different experience as you
will encounter fewer tourists and a wealth of history and culture
still being discovered. One of the best exhibitions on display
in the world today is the stunning new museum housing the “Lord
of Sipan” artefacts discovered in his tomb. Kuelap is said
to be as impressive if not more than Machu Picchu because it is
in its natural state and again set in a stunning location. Finally
the northern beaches have seen great steps forwards in providing
comfortable high standard resort accommodations making it an idea
destination to relax on a sun kissed beach at the end of any tour.
Our combined
tours to Peru and the Galapagos Islands is also getting very popular
and with low availability an early booking of at least six months
is highly recommended.
The last few
months have seen some disturbance to tourism in Peru with strikes
effecting some services like trains and busses however only one
of our clients was effected which was quickly re-routed and the
clients suffered no set backs in their tour.
I have just
returned from the region of Marche in Italy after a well deserved
week’s holiday with my family. I felt I had to pass on this
little gem to all our clients and friends as I highly recommend
it for that short get away break. To see where we stayed and learn
more about this beautiful area follow the link below

I would like
to thank all our clients and friends for your past support and
wish you all a warm and happy summer.
